General

The
General settings include:
- Teleworker: Click Use Teleworker to enable teleworker services. The teleworker service enables you to work remotely with full access to call functionality on MiCollab for Microsoft Client application. Contact your system administrator to know if you are licensed to use teleworker services.
- Delete Diagnostics: To delete the diagnostics logs, select Delete Diagnostic Logs and click OK.
- Factory Reset: Click Factory Reset to reset to Client settings to factory defaults and logout MiCollab for Microsoft Client.
