The Directory screen enables you to search for business contacts and optionally, personal contacts, to quickly find the people you want to call or chat.
All of your business contacts are available in the MiVoice Office app by default. To enable the app to access the personal contacts on your mobile phone, tap the "Personal" heading in the Directory screen, tap the Sync contacts button, and tap OK. If you previously did this, but selected the Don't Allow option, you have to manually enable access to your personal contacts. For instructions, see App Permissions.
Follow the instructions specific to your type of mobile phone:
- iPhone
- Tap the
icon on the navigation bar at the bottom of the Home screen.
- Tap the
icon in the top right corner of the Directory screen.
- In the Search area that appears, type the first few letters of a contact’s first or last name.
- When you see a match, tap the contact.
- The contact’s profile page appears where you can tap icons to call or chat, or tap Activity to see your call history with this contact.
- Android
- On the header bar at the top of the app, tap the
icon.
- Tap Contacts.
- Tap the
icon in the top right corner of the Directory screen.
- In the Search area that appears, type the first few letters of a contact’s first or last name.
- When you see a match, tap the contact.
