When Call Waiting is enabled, a Call-Waiting tone plays while you are currently on a call to notify you that another call is waiting.
To enable Call Waiting:
On the Web Configuration Tool home page, click Feature Configuration.
Do one of the following:
To enable Call Waiting, select On from the Call Waiting drop-down list.
To disable Call Waiting, select Off from the Call Waiting drop-down list.
Click Apply. A confirmation screen appears.
Click OK. The information is updated.
