Enabling/Disabling Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb forwards all calls directly to your voice mailbox; therefore, you are not disturbed by a ringing phone. If you do not have a voice mailbox set up, the callers will get a busy signal.

 

To enable or disable Do Not Disturb:

On the Web Configuration Tool home page, click Feature Configuration.

  1. Do one of the following:

  2. To enable Do Not Disturb, select On from the Do Not Disturb drop-down list.

  3. To disable Do Not Disturb, select Off from the Do Not Disturb drop-down list.

  1. Click Apply. A confirmation screen appears.

  2. Click OK. The information is updated.
