Making Calls from your Phone Book

To make calls from your Phone Book:

  1. On the Web Configuration Tool home page, click Phone Book.

  2. From the Select a Contact To Call drop-down list, select the party you want to call.

  3. (Optional) On your phone, press the Line key upon which you'd like the call to be made; otherwise, the call will be made on the first available line (Line 1 if all lines are free).

  4. Do one of the following:

  5. To make a Handset call, lift the phone's handset, and then click Dial on the Phone Book page.

  6. To make a Headset call, press Headset on the phone, and then click Dial on the Phone Book page.

  7. To make a Handsfree call, click Dial on the Phone Book page.
