Call Forwarding redirects incoming calls to an alternate number. The three Call Forwarding options that you can set are
Call Forward Always, which redirects all incoming calls regardless of the state of your phone.
Call Forward No Answer, which redirects calls if you don't answer the call after the programmed number of rings (1 - 99).
Call Forward When Busy, which redirects calls when all lines are busy.
Your voice mailbox is the default destination for all Call Forwarding options. Call Forwarding Off is the default setting for all three options.
Note: You cannot change the Call Forwarding settings while on a call.
Note: You can also set up Call Forwarding directly from the phone. Call Forwarding instructions are provided in each phone's reference guides. See About Supporting Documentation to access the appropriate guide.
To set up Call Forwarding:
On the Web Configuration Tool home page, click Feature Configuration.
Do one of the following:
From the drop-down list of the desired Call Forwarding option, select On, and then enter the Call Forwarding destination in the Call Forwarding Address field. The Call Forwarding destination can be either the SIP URL of another SIP-supported phone, the SIP URL of a SIP voice mail account, the IP address or a phone number.

If your SIP voice mail account SIP URL is programmed in the Voice Mail Server field on the SIP Configuration page, the phone will forward the call to voice mail automatically.
For Call Forwarding No Answer, in the Number of Rings field enter how many times the phone will ring before the call is forwarded.
Click Apply. A confirmation screen appears.
Click OK. The information is updated.
