Using the Preview Tab

When you click the Preview tab, a search will be executed based on the data in the Search Criteria tab, and the resulting contacts or interactions are listed in the Preview tab. This allows you to see the resulting contacts or interactions before saving the task.

Note:
  • The Search field in the Preview tab is read-only field that allows you to view the query built from the data entered in the Search Criteria tab. It is not an active search bar like in the History or Cases sections of Ignite (Web).
  • If the Site dropdown was visible on the Search Criteria tab, and you select a specific site, that site GUID will appear in the Preview Search box. This indicates that the search is targeting the site you picked.
  • If the Site drop down was not visible, the site GUID will not appear in the Preview Search box. This issue is consistent with the other search bars.
  • If there are more than 50 records found, the Show more results option appears at the bottom of the list to view the next page of results.
