Automatic Call Distribution enhancements

A service provider can now fully configure Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) in Management Portal. MiCloud Management Portal now supports programming ACD paths and groups, plus RAD greetings and Music on Hold. The recommended process for Management Portal Release 6.1 and up is to configure and update ACD paths, RAD greetings, and MOH on Management Portal rather than on the MiVoice Business. Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) can now be completely configured through Management Portal, so it is no longer necessary to program ACD fields directly on the MiVoice Business.

MiCloud Platform Manager

MiCloud Platform Manager now supports isolated platform network deployment topologies, including:

• MiVoice Business Multi Instance with tenants deployed to isolated VLANs

• MiCollab and other virtual appliances in isolated VLANs, reachable to Management Portal via NAT.

This effectively allows Platform Manager to be used to aid creation of systems in the MiCloud Medium-Large Business (MLB) architecture. See Platform Manager Help.
