MiVoice Office 400

This section provides guidance in configuring a SIP node on a MiVoice Office 400 gateway. For information on setting up users and terminals or configuring your Mitel phones, consult the documentation available from Mitel site.

To configure your MiVoice Office 400 for MiContact Center, you must perform the following tasks:

  1. Configure a user account for BluStar.

  2. Create a SIP node.

  3. Configure the SIP node's trunk group CLIP settings.

  4. Create a dialing option between the MiVoice Office 400 and the MiContact Center Enterprise Server.

Note:

Feature keys programmed on a MiVoice Office 400 are not supported for use with MiContact Center ACD agents.
