    From Oria to MiCloud Management Portal

    To better articulate its function in the MiCloud Business architecture, Oria has been renamed to MiCloud Management Portal.

    Service bundle override

    To cut down on the number of required Oria Service Bundles, certain fields can now have multiple values defined which are selectable when creating a new user. The following fields can have multiple values:

    • Feature Profiles

    • NuPoint Feature COS

    Management Portal managed and unmanaged users

    You can create users in Management Portal then edit them in MiCollab, or MiVoice Business. If a user is changed beyond a certain point, Management Portal sets the user as “unmanaged”. The point at which a user is set to "unmanaged" depends on the fields changed.

    License data synchronization

    Management Portal now retrieves license information directly from the underlying applications. In addition to collecting information from users created in Management Portal, it also collects data for users created or modified externally in other applications.

    License Data Synchronization collects and discovers devices, bundles and users created, modified or deleted directly on the customer platform. This data is used when generating license reports. Synchronization runs in the background and retrieves license information from underlying applications in two ways:

    • Automatically as part of a scheduled report.

    • Manually using the new “Synchronize Now” button.

    Enhanced license reporting

    • The license reports will now include data from unmanaged users

    • Manually requesting a report will use the data collected from the last Synchronization

    • A Sync Report will be available listing any customers where data was not retrieved

    Bulk import

    The performance of bulk imports has improved.

    MiCloud Platform Manager

    MiCloud Platform Manager now supports the commissioning and licensing for MiVoice Business Express.

    You can now enable the MiCollab Console feature in MiCollab Client Service from Management Portal.

    You can now enable the Chat feature in MiCollab Client Service from Management Portal.
